1. Introduction – Platform Only
The Aviation Opportunities Portal is operated by Q3 Consultancy LLC as a consultancy and advisory platform to connect potential buyers and sellers of aviation assets, parts and services. Q3 Consultancy provides introductions and opportunity visibility only.
2. No Trading of Aircraft or Parts
Q3 Consultancy does not buy, sell, own, broker, import, export or otherwise trade aircraft, engines, APUs, components, tools or any related aviation parts or consumables. All commercial and contractual arrangements are strictly and exclusively between the buyer and the seller.
3. Buyer–Seller KYC and Compliance
Any initial screening by Q3 Consultancy is limited and does not replace full know your customer (KYC), sanctions, export control or compliance checks. Each buyer and seller is independently responsible for performing its own KYC, sanctions and export control checks, technical and quality due diligence, and ensuring compliance with all applicable aviation, safety, customs and trade regulations.
4. Technical and Airworthiness Responsibility
All information about aircraft, engines, parts and documentation (including status, hours/cycles, back to birth trace, certifications such as EASA Form 1, FAA 8130-3 or equivalent, and service history) is provided by the seller. It is the buyer's sole responsibility to verify airworthiness, traceability, configuration, SB/AD status, and regulatory conformity before use or installation, including compliance with the relevant aviation authority requirements (e.g. GCAA, EASA, FAA).
5. No Verification, Warranty or Endorsement
Q3 Consultancy does not inspect, audit or certify any aircraft, engine, part, record or document and gives no guarantee or warranty (express or implied) as to accuracy, condition, airworthiness, suitability for a particular aircraft type, maintenance program compatibility or future supportability. Inclusion of a listing does not constitute an endorsement or recommendation.
6. No Legal, Regulatory or Engineering Advice
Information on the portal is for general information only and does not constitute legal, regulatory, tax, financial or engineering advice. Users must seek independent professional advice (including from aviation lawyers, CAMO/Part M/Part CAMO, Part 145/MRO or DOA/POA organisations as appropriate) before entering into any engagement or installing any part.
7. Limitation of Liability
Q3 Consultancy will not be liable for any loss, damage, cost or claim of any kind arising out of or in connection with:
- any negotiation, agreement or dispute between buyers and sellers;
- the condition, airworthiness, documentation, traceability or legality of any aircraft, engine, part or service; or
- any reliance on information displayed or communicated via the portal.
8. Business Activity
Q3 Consultancy operates strictly within the scope of its consultancy and advisory business activities as licensed in the UAE and does not engage in trading of goods. Nothing on this portal shall be interpreted as Q3 Consultancy acting as a seller, buyer or broker of aviation parts or assets.
9. User Acknowledgement
By using this portal, you confirm that you understand and accept that Q3 Consultancy's role is limited to consultancy and introductions, and that all KYC, due diligence, contractual and operational responsibilities rest solely with the counterparties to each engagement.
